I thought I did a clean build, but maybe.
Out of curiosity, I tried to build using VC2005 Express. I got a *ton*
of link errors. They look like missing dependencies from the platform.
I did a completely clean build, and got errors like this:

The system is a Windows XP x64, with the AMD64 Platform SDK. I would be
willing to help troubleshoot builds on this platform is that is needed
and you would find it useful.
I can't install the x86 Platform (doesn't allow me too.)
