I have a Geforce 6600 GT video card, so I think the shadowmap would be good. Is it possible to use the new shadowmap with the 0.99 pseudostable release? Or do you think a 0.99 application will run on the CVS version of CS? Thanks in advance.

The stencil plugins are known to be broken and we are working on replacements for them. You could try to use shadowed2 renderloop instead of shadowed. This might give a better result. If you have good hardware then you can also use the new shadowmap renderloop which is available in very recent cvs versions.
