This worked for me. No errors and even walktest ran (it crashed before).
All apps crash on exit because of something (on MacOS X, Macbook Pro),
but otherwise the system is fine. I'll try a debug build if I get a moment.

I used the cs-winlibs source to compile dependencies. I haven't got Cg 
yet (link
was broken), but otherwise CS compiles on Intel Macs.
