[cscie119] Updates to the MetaSorter PDF

I have updated the Metasorter PDF file after running through
some of the slides last night.  Changes include

        Correction of direction of comparison in text ("if (a<b)")
                Pictures were correct
        Edited some pages for clarity
        Added overall strategy and sample code to generate some
                of preamble
        Added some new pages describing the process of labeling

I expect to be publishing notes from last night later today.
