Critical success factors for technology companies competing in Global markets: What’s hot and what’s not;

Entering complex markets such as Japan, getting the most from your investment in sales and market development activity in Europe and North America, dealing with IP issues in China, are just a few of the nuts and bolts issues we’ll be discussing on Tuesday.

This session will be an appetizer for the 2 day Global Sales Accelerator Workshop in Auckland that will feature lectures, interactive discussions with MIT’s guru of entrepreneurship.

This is not academic waffle, but real world advice from a guy who has built numerous global sales channels first hand.  I cannot endorse this program highly enough.’ John Cochrane – Commtest Instruments. More info will be provided on Tuesday

Introducing the Global E Lab

Ken is also looking to recruit 3 companies that can benefit from the Global E Lab, where a team of 4 MIT Sloan MBA students work intensively for three weeks on an issue that is “keeping the CEO awake at night” in January 2006. Companies would be responsible for airfares and accommodation with $4000 of costs reimbursed by NZ’s Foundation for Research Science and Technology.
