I can certainly vouch for that. Last month we put in for some "micro-
mentoring" at pretty short notice because we'd received an "out of
the blue" contact from a very keen Singapore-based reseller. That
meant we had to do some fairly quick thinking and advance our
preparations and planning for the "corporate-oriented" push we had
in mind for the almost-released next version of our TurboNote+
sticky note program.

We got a rapid response, some excellent feedback and strategic
ideas, and practical suggestions. PLUS, we got enough input to
create within a day or two a "reseller tips" document emphasising
the corporate sales strategy (see
http://turbonote.com/tnimages/resellertips.doc if you're interested
in what we came up with).

That made for a very happy and keen reseller. We've also gleaned
a lot more grist for our planning and marketing mill in the next few
months.

So, don't be backward in coming forward to ask for some mentoring
-- it's well worth it, and you don't have to go the full nine yards to
get a very useful result.
