Hi everyone

In response to feedback from you, the Software Cluster is in the throes of
organising its second workshop - on finding and keeping staff, and what to
do when things go wrong, how to protect your IP, how to set up suitable
contracts and how to ensure you get the right person for the job. An
outline is below.

The goal is for you to bring your business to the workshop and leave with a
solid plan for finding the right person/people, AND be equipped to set them
up the right way when you find them. It's ideal for newcomers to employment
or those considering expansion, particularly into specialised fields.

My question is, what would you like to know about hiring, keeping and
finding staff?

Please feel free to reply to me directly in confidence or to the forum if
appropriate.

The date to pencil in is 1pm to 5pm, Friday 31 August.

Thanks!

Christine Moore
