Please, allow ESC for buymenu exit and others menu like list servers, I need to
click in the X to close the window, them press ESC to go back to the game, this
take some time in the round :(
Other situation, if I'll buy some weapon and don't have money, is better to me
press ESC, exit the menu end buy other weapon, this is very fast because my
fingers are in the numpad, near the ESC button...
Add a cancel button, or allow the ESC in the team selector to exit to main
menu, or game, because, if we have some server issues, we need wait a while to
the client get the error, or in some times, I still stucked in the screen so, I
need to go back to the Windows and close the game by the taskmanager...
One more thing, I'm expecting some graphicals issues in the server list during
the game.
