Honestly it's just a text file with values, and this is kind of the same thing we've been doing for years. If this is too complicated for the average server admin then I'd be happy with the average server admins being culled to make way for those with the ability to edit text files. :(
Some more clarity on the change from CS:S to CS:GO would have been nice - I do agree that a lot of people were blindsided by the huge change in how you setup/config your servers.
