Pretty much every time the server changes map at the end of a game the "WARNING: Connection issue" message comes up at the top right of all players' screens. Most of the time it will finish in time for some players to get in, but a lot of times a large chunk of players will drop. The drop reason is either a timeout or a No steam logon/failure code 6. I had to disable the watchdog with -nowatchdog to even get the server to keep running. Without that command line switch the server is killed and restarted during the map change, obviously dropping everyone.
I am running a CSGO arms race server on Ubuntu 12.04.1 running under Virtualbox. I/O should not be a problem due to running off an SSD. The mapcycle is mostly custom maps. The most frustrating part is a map change by vote or issued by changelevel works fine and does not drop anyone. Is anyone else running into this problem? See below for an example.
