You solve problems by giving factual, correct information. Not giving a vague notion, no detailed information, log output, configuration data and completely omitting a major issue. Already stated this issue hasn't been reported, although you could have checked that if you'd bothered to hit up the archives (another "seasoned administrator" thing to do, no?). Good luck with your problem. I'll be keen to see how many other people bother to donate their time.
