Agree. Sprays should be controllable by a server cvar and disabled by default 
only on classic competitive.

      Does anyone know the logic for removing spray tags?  It should at
      least be something that the server admin can control.  Our
      community used this a lot in CS:S and is definitely missed in
      CS:GO
