Am I to understand by the lack of replies that this is not an issue other people are having? Even confirmation that this seems to be "my problem" would be helpful, right now I cannot even find any information if this is normal behavior or not.
I do have Sourcemod, but from what I can tell (been doing this a good gangster minute) I don't have anything setting next maps, no mapchooser, no nextmap, no randomcycle.
