Similiar crashes, CSGO running out of memory even though it's not.
There's still 4GB free when this happens.

I've observed the server side memory leak for CSGO get significantly
worse after the 1.31.0.0 update. At ~1.5GB server FPS is affected and
the server needs to be recycled. Has anyone else noticed the same thing?
