There are an error with the workshop (community, market, etc)  now.
Check server log for message like that:
Server UGC Manager: Failed to get file info. Internal IHTTP error or
clientside internet connection problem.Failed to get file info information
from steam, HTTP status: 0

The server cant download workshop map infos, so it reverts to dust. You can
changelevel to the default local maps, but for some reaseon my server is
invisible when the workshop down.
