They work fine on my servers, but I've noticed they take a moment to load.

Valve made a mistake within the last updates and disabled the motd
from community servers also. Previously it was only disabled in
official matchmaking. Problem is not in your end.

I do not know what happened here. But since the last update on
July 2nd, our servers seem to no longer show their MOTD
screens as they normally did in the past.

        The public server games.krillinsworld.us:27017
        <http://games.krillinsworld.us:27017> (99.135.58.49:27017
<http://99.135.58.49:27017>) has an MOTD redirect to a php
        page which is located at
        http://www.krillinsworld.com/InGame/motdcsgo_cc.php and the
page shows up perfectly fine in a browser and used to show up
fine in the game until the July 2nd update.

Our servers run on Debian Linux 7.5 and BOTH servers have this
        problem.

Our config file, for safe keeping and void of update changes,
        is set for
        motdfile kw-motd.txt

And the contents of the file is set for
        http://www.krillinsworld.com/InGame/motdcsgo_cc.php

Is there anything we can do to fix this without having to put
the data from the website directly into our motd.txt files.

Before anyone says, "it must be the server". Bare in mind, I
have a private server located in my home (not where the public
server is located at), which also has a web page no longer
showing up on the screen (client) after connecting to the
server and clicking on continue. I have read all the digests
from July 2nd, 2014 to now and I did not see anyone else with
        this problem.

I am sure I cannot be the only one with this problem. But if I
am, where do I begin to resolve this issue? This has to be a
client side related problem being as the page shows up fine in
just about any browser. This is leading me to believe this is
a client side problem and not really a server problem...

Thank you for your time, patience and in advance -- solution(s)!

        Best Regards,
        Krillin
