sv_lan is 0.
I do use sv_tags instead of sv_tag.

I will add that command line change. I'm at work now so I can't see the
results of the change immediately. Thank you for the help and the reply
though.

Should it be something +net_public_adr 100.100.100.100:25035 or should I
not add the port to the end of the IP?

 It is probably worth noting that I have a FOF server running at the IP on
the standard port used for source servers.
