After the last update (13441) I've had a lot of choke on my
servers. SV hovers around 2-4 and sometimes jumps to 12 or so.
My rates are as such:
fps_max 0
sv_minrate 128000
sv_mincmdrate 128
sv_minupdaterate 128
Anyone have a fix for this?
