I can't confirm this but I think as long as you have sv_setsteamaccount set
with a valid ID in your configs when the server runs you won't need to
change you method of updating your servers since the idea is to check at
run time if your server is blacklisted or not. Not at the time of update.

Someone can correct me if I'm wrong but I'm fairly confident TF2 works this
way as well. Granted TF2 will still allows for anonymous logins which after
these updates are rolled out counter-strike will not.
