Hey Левинчук Федор, 1. Verify that the BIOS/firmware settings enable Turbo Boost. Srcds is CPU-bound application, enabling Turbo boost raises the speed when the CPU is capable of it. 2. Make sure that the system boot the right tickless kernel from */etc/grub.conf*. 3. You shouldn't limit srcds to one core, let the OS take care of it.
