As i mentioned it's against the rules using the skin-changer plugin, so it's not something that will be allowed. I will write it down, and sent it further, then let's see how the devs can solve it, in the best way.

Whats the point of hurting only the good communites that wants to follow the rules? Dont you see how wrong this is? Please discuss this with whoerver you need to discuss it with. Its not fair and Ive seen good communites go under because they follow the rules while others dont. I know servers thats breaks the rules and never gets banned. Like they dont even use the token generators but still nothing happens.. Robots are banning user tokens on daily basis regarding this problem, but I also know that when the token is banned, their system generates new steam accounts and autofill in the new token into the plugin. (Thats a part of the skin-changer plugin). It's really hard to stop, but ofcourse I can see it from your perspective thats it's not okay. But I can only say at the moment that it's still strongly forbidden. And I'm sorry to hear you lose many players on this, because you follow the guidelines. Best regards Miguel. ________________________________ Fra: Miguel Petersen <[email protected]> Sendt: 2. januar 2020 09:43 Til: [email protected] <[email protected]> Emne: Re: [VALVE] Disable new player models Hi Chris, I'm sorry but it's not possible to disable the Shattered Web Character models on official servers, you can do it with a plugin for your own server. Faceit is not breaking the rules because it's not official servers. "It's not allowed to: Interfering with systems that allow players to correctly access their own CS:GO inventories, items, or profile.!" It means that it's not allowed to change the models on official Competitive Ingame 5vs5 servers, Casual, Dangerzone etc. Have a good day! Best regards Miguel. ________________________________ Fra: [email protected] <[email protected]> på vegne af Christopher Szabo <[email protected]> Sendt: 19. december 2019 13:39 Til: [email protected] <[email protected]> Emne: [Csgo_servers] Disable new player models Hi I have a question regarding the Valve Guides lines for CSGO server owners. Its says its not allowed to: "Interfering with systems that allow players to correctly access their own CS:GO inventories, items, or profile.!" So my question is: Does this mean that we can't inactive the new player models that people keep complaining about? Its possible to disable them with Sourcemod plugin. I know Faceit has disabled them, so are they breaking the rules? Or is it in-fact allowed? / Chris _______________________________________________ To unsubscribe, edit your list preferences, or view the list archives, please visit: https://list.valvesoftware.com/
