CCEE is the main annual Computer and Electrical Engineering conference aimed at presenting current research being carried out. Current ICCEE 2010 will be held during Nov.16-18, 2010 in Chengdu, China. ICCEE 2008 and ICCEE 2009 were held in Phuket, Thailand and Dubai, UAE respectively. The idea of the conference is for the scientists, scholars, engineers and students from the Universities all around the world and the industry to present ongoing research activities, and hence to foster research relations between the Universities and the industry. This conference provides opportunities for the delegates to exchange new ideas and application experiences face to face, to establish business or research relations and to find global partners for future collaboration.
Submitted conference papers will be reviewed by technical committees of the Conference. The conference proceeding will be published by IEEE Press, which will be included in the IEEE Xplore, and indexed by INSPEC, Ei Compendex, ISI Proceeding and other indexing services.
