#navlist a to specify the original link formatting and it cleared up the problem.

I'm learning a lot reading the posts to this list. Now it's my turn to ask a question.
I am re-organizing my site and I have tripped over a couple of problems. When I reorganized the page, I put my scripts, common portions of the page header and page footer into external files. I also modified my navigation formatting.
The page illustrating my problem is at: http://www.quiltingwhatnot.com/ContactMe.html and the style sheet is at http://quiltingwhatnot.com/StyleSheet.css
I am having two problems:
1. In FireFox, the @media print portions of the page are showing on the screen. You can see the repeated titles and footers. In IE, this information is not repeating.
1. In IE, the hover formatting for the navigation links at the top of the page works only for some links. In FireFox, the hover formatting is OK for all the links.
I've been looking at this for hours now and I need some fresh eyes/ideas.
