David's right. If accessible matters to you, then don't mess with
paragraph text size. Not only do you make it 64% (p {font: 80%/...} ->

those who've reduced it to suit their needs, and those who've increased
it to suit their needs

yourself all you want that increased leading makes text more readable
(accessible), but if you really want text to be more readable, the most
reliable way is big enough text. Assuming the default is big enough is a
friendly and accessible way to do that. Assuming that text the same size
