Thanks much to dwain for the answer to my last problem. From there
I've come pretty close but have a weird bug in IE. Also, if you
check it out in safari or Firefox, you'll see the .inner tag border.
I put the border there on purpose. Is the div supposed to be hanging
out like that. I've tried shortening the width but it only shortens
so far.
