It's at the top in XP_SP2 and not tiling in IE/FF/Opera.
Change:
background-repeat: repeat-x;
To:
background-repeat: repeat-y;
Slow down. Thimk. Check your page in all your browsers at 1280, 1024, and
800. You're drawing an h-scroll bar. Or are you?
