Please look at this page. The div titled "copyright" jumps up mid-page when first loaded, but after a refresh it "jumps" to where it is supposed to be. I am not quite sure why that is, I looked in Firefox using the outline for the block elements but it just isn't clear to me what is going on. The overall layout is a modified version of a css template I located online. Thanks for any tips.
