Hi Scot,
I'm old and demented so I needed a ruler which I can't read to determine(I guess) that FF is 740 and IE is 742. Although you didn't ask, of greater concern(to me) was that you've got the font-size on the body specified in em which causes a font-resizing bug in IE that makes the fonts go sort of goofy when zoomed. Changing em to percent on the body will help. I'm sure someone else will track down and solve the width problem.
(the site is coming along nicely, btw).
