Hello!

I know the common complaint is the opposite of mine -- IE reloads background
images on mouseover instead of using the cached image. I'm trying out an
animated GIF as the background image, though, and reloading it resets the
GIF loop, which is what I want.

So my question is: 

How can I force Firefox/Netscape browsers to reload the background image on
mouseover, so the animated GIF starts over from the beginning? Or, is there
another solution that ends up with the same result?
