This uses a hack for IE to make it think it knows about min-width. Hack courtesy of Project Seven <http://www.projectseven.com/>. Microsoft has some sketchy info available at http://msdn.microsoft.com/workshop/author/dhtml/reference/methods/getexpression.asp Jim Have a look at the current iteration that I made after trying > Dwain's suggestions and see how it behaves. > http://www.nci.net.au/temp-test/ > > I'd be pleased to hear how it works across few browsers and OSs. > I know that IE/Win doesn't resize the text and that FF 1.06/Win > seems pretty much acceptable at this point. > > -- > Peter Williams > ______________________________________________________________________ > css-discuss [EMAIL PROTECTED] > http://www.css-discuss.org/mailman/listinfo/css-d > List wiki/FAQ -- http://css-discuss.incutio.com/ > Supported by evolt.org <http://evolt.org> -- > http://www.evolt.org/help_support_evolt/ > ______________________________________________________________________ css-discuss [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://www.css-discuss.org/mailman/listinfo/css-d List wiki/FAQ -- http://css-discuss.incutio.com/ Supported by evolt.org -- http://www.evolt.org/help_support_evolt/
