Hey folks, I appologize in advance if this does not apply to the rules of this list. But I know it is an important question and I'm not sure what other list I can use. I was wondering (the more I look at work others have done, the more I am reminded that I don't have that copyright symbol at the footer of any of the sites or logos I've designed). Is there anything I have to do short of pasting that copyright .gif at the footer of my sites/logos? Also, unless I give my clients the express consent to use my art (via a license agreement)- any copyright symbol applies to ME and not to my client ... is this correct? For example, I see a lot of websites that have the copyright symbol next to the CUSTOMER'S business name and not the business name of the DESIGNERS. What should I do? Thanks (from a novice) Patrick
