When you send the email to the owner of the site, be sure to copy his
ISP. They will shut down the site if the problem isn't resolved. Include
a copy of the source code, since they announce it is copied from your
site. It's additional validation, should you need it. From another
person whose work was copied, it worked for me, twice.
