I've contributed my fair share of odd comments, mostly after encountering frustrated CSS bugs and then documenting the solution. Who says you can't be humorous with comments? =) But, on a quasi-related note, I have this thing about comments appearing on production... Comments, as far as HTML goes, should only be for developers. Language like "F**king table" isn't appropriate for the end user, and neither is the bytes used (wasted?) on transmitting it. EORant.
