Everything else will sort itself out. The css-d wiki is a valuable source for layouts, and a reference point for most anything(if not everything) you'll need to know. Start simple and upload what you've got. When you get stuck write this list with a specific problem and a URI to the page/problem in question. I have found list members more than willing to bend over backward in response to problems. I believe you will find the same is true for you. If I can be of any assistance in the meantime, please feel free to write off-list.
