No, CSS is _style_. You could do it with javascript, but you would have
the same search engine- an being-referred-to problems as you do now.

It is quite easy to do it with php/asp/jsp/.net serverside technology (I
won't recommend any of them here as this is not the place to discuss
them, send me an email if you want details on that :-) ) and a fixed
size <div> to put it in. That will let you keep the easy maintainance,
but at the same time provide you with referable URLs and much better
SE-relations. Hosting with serverside tech is cheap or free, and if you
stick to the "include" use, it's extremely easy. :-)
