In the sub-pages under design philosophy, the images went below the "fold" (off-screen) and therefore the Read More links were out of site - I had to scroll every time to get to the next page. If your design allows for moving the links into viewport that would be awesome. Else a smaller image as a fall back. I viewed through Firefox on WinXP with a high resolution of 1280 x 1024.
