If you don't know how, then I suggest http://www.udm4.com/ - its the best I've 
found. (Not perfect, but much better then most).

Instead of having "foo" popup a menu, it is a link to a page. That page 
provides an introduction to "foo" and has regular links (which match what you 
would have put on the popup).
