I'm using Alex Robinson's One True Layout method for a 3-column layout, ordered 2-1-3 as in his example. In NN8, the vertical scrollbar does not appear when the page is loaded, then appears if the page is resized. Any ideas on how to remedy this would be greatly appreciated.
