If you look at this URL with IE 5 Mac you'll see the problem: http://www.medialab.com/PWMenus/textpositioningtest3156/textpositioningtest3.html
The div in the middle has a background-image (the red pentagon), the div's rect is set to the same size as the image. A big 10px wide border has been applied to the div. IE5 draws the border not around the image, but on top of it. I tried looking this issue up in the standard places (Eric Meyers list of IE5 Mac incompatibiltities, etc.) but haven't found anything. Does anyone have a solution or work-around?
