I changed the name of the wiki page ChangingTheColorScheme to ConstantsInCSS to better reflect its content and purpose. I cleaned up some of the text on the page at that time as well, but I didn't touch the text listed under Option 3, since PHP and other server-side stuff is not my area of expertise.
