1: Validate.
2: Remove the image from the html
3: Class or ID the container div around everything between .navbar and 
.footer
4: Style it with padding-left: 140px; background: #b4c2da 
url(/images/montage_top.png) bottom left no-repeat; margin-bottom: 0;
