It is working now in IE6, but the menu does take a long period to turn on when the page is accessed for the first time. Is this related to the absolute paths for the @import and for the behavior? Did you try relative paths? The menu does not work in IE7b2 here. According to http://www.xs4all.nl/~peterned/csshover.html, the script should turn off in IE7, but I'd expect IE7 to work with li:hover?
