(1) Search box MIA in IE If you see the layout in the following URL in FF, you'll see a red bordered search box on the left over the menu.
http://ephi.f2o.org/petra/html_index_petra.html However, it doesn't show up in IE 6 (I don't know about its predecessor). If I hide the positioning rule in the #search it appears in IE. But, I need that rule. I tried using z-index, nothing happens either. I want it to be positioned at the top right. Can you guys offer me a solution? (2) Why does the news and the rest are shifted slightly to the bottom both in IE and FF? I've been neglecting this code for two weeks and now it really confuses me.
