Yup, it's actually exactly 20px :-)
If you change the width in the four instances of "Tan Hack to fix 
IE 5.x width issue" (#navmain li a, #navaud li a, #contact h2, 
#contact dl) from 174px to 154px, the column will have the right 
width.

Note, that even though the width of the column is now correct, 
you still don't get rid of the space on the left of the <ul>s. 
That's just IE5 though. I vaguely remember I got rid of it once 
(though buggy on hover), but I'm not sure, and even if so, I 
can't remember how.
