For starters, here's a quick page that I have put up [1]. List-O-Matic Horizontal lists[2] should do everything that you seem to need. Zero Images, tiny bits of markup - do I have to go on?
Also, a "sticky" footer might be in order - see the Man in Blues' solution [3]. Please do use the page that I have sent you - you will need to add the bits with teh background images; however, it looks similiar to your original post, if I am not mistaken. 100% xHTML/CSS, and it should be standards-compliant, will degrade gracefully on any browser/device. > Thanks! > Tim Regards, Rahul.
