It is looking *much* better, Rich!
Some suggestions to keep it from breaking on zoom.
1/ Increase the height of the header(or do not declare a height) to 
accommodate the line that reads: "It's what the Web..."
2/ Create a horizontal division beneath the header, and above both the 
content and the sidebar, that runs the full width of the page. And put 
the horizontal navigation stuff in it.
3/ All the stuff in the sidebar will look better left rather than 
centered, IMO.
4/ Delete all the <br /> you are using in the content-text, and same for 
those in the text at the very bottom of the sidebar. Use <p>This is a 
paragraph.</p> <p>This is another paragraph.</p> instead of <br /> tags..
5/ Run your page through Tidy Online to pull and correct markup errors. 
Then validate the CSS /and/ markup with the w3c validation services.
You are looking good. And standing tall.
