Francky, I made these adjustments but unfortunately, I am still not able to 
hover over the bottom link of two of the submenus...am baffled here as to 
why the middle submenu works okay.

Thank you so much for going to all the trouble of making that screen shot! 
It was very helpful! (and very thoughtful :) And I didn't even know about 
that image bar showing up...have made that change as well.
