Hello list, I am trying to present a photo with a border around it that is 4px away from the image and I am struggling with why IE 5x does not respect the padding on the image that creates the 4px buffer in IE6, FF, Safari etc. As usual, I suspect the answer is staring me in the face, but I am stumped.
