Why use an image for textual content? *Especially* an image with an  
empty alt tag, which makes it completely invisible to search engine  
spiders and useless for screen-readers. Funny, considering that you  
list "SEO" as one of your business' offerings. Practice what we  
preach, right? ;)

I suggest converting the image to CSS and HTML and improving the  
contrast on the text for users with less-than-stellar vision.
