I had this same exact problem (but with just text and an image for
content) last week. In my case, it was a fixed width design so I just
converted from auto to a fixed width, but I could not, and still fail
to, understand exactly why Firefox breaks on this. Ingo tried to explain
why this is, according to the specs, but it still doesn't make sense to
me.
